I was thinking today about technology, cell phones in particular.I was remembering back to a time when all there was were landlines and pagers.So i took a quick survey of 10 people ,5 I knew and 5 I didn't.And i asked them 2 questions;

  1. Do you remeber your top 5 peoples phone number?

  2. Do you know your parents or siblings phone number?

Now 3 out of 10 people remembered there parents and siblings phone number,the rest were absolutely lost without there cell phone!" Let me tell you thats a damn shame". have we gotten that rapped up in technology that we stopped paying attention to the little things in life?What if you were robbed ,or in bad car accident and didnt have a phone ,would you know the numbers of the main people in you life?I bet you answer is No! And of course i have a solution for everything ,i might not have a solution for the memory ignorance (due to technology) but i have a way to keep it all together.

If your phone can be hooked up to computer then download once a month to keep it updated. See if your phone service has a backup service( i advise) and last but not least the old fashion way ."get an address book" write down the numbers so you will always have it handy at home..smooches!!

Out of about 100 numbers in my phone, I might know 9 or 10 of them by heart. An address book is ridiculous.........what if someone gets ahold of it?

ahh you think like a playa ..if you have nothing to hide i wouldnt worry about it.The phone insurance is a def way to have your numbers saved .
