2tsp veg oil 1 green bell pepper
2 red onions 2 cups of canned bamboo shoots
2 garlic cloves chp 2 cups bean sprouts
1 ich ginger root chp 1tbsp thia red curry paste
8oz beef tenderloin 2 tbsp chop fresh cilantro
thinly sliced
Heat the oil in a large skillet and stir-fry the onions, garlic, and ginger root for 1 minute. Add the beef strips and cook over high heat, until browned all over. Add the vegetables and the paste and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until blended and cooked. Enjoy, I sure did. And I served it with Pot stickers

Aja. You should try to cook a "cool different dinner " at least once a week. There are somE really cool recipes from the Top Chef cook books that don't have to be expensive at all for ingedients. Can't wait to be able to come down and show you some stuff Katia and I make for dinner.
